SEA ESTA ON THE DOCK

Your dream vacation awaits at Sea Esta on the Dock. So many extras included!! Bring your boat and use the lift. This beautiful,  spacious home sleeps 8 comfortably and we have a sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 level family home is in the sought after Jamaica Beach Community. The owners have recently updated the deck with beautiful Trex decking, and added new furnishings inside and out. This cozy open floor plan is perfect for creating memories with friends and family. There is something for everyone and you will love this home.

When entering, you will be welcomed with inviting beach decor. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main level has two private bedrooms and a hall bath. The second level is a huge primary suite with a private covered deck – a perfect place for your early morning coffee or to watch the sunset in the evening!  

When you need a little inside time, all bedrooms include a smart TV. DVD players are available both upstairs and down and include a selection of family-friendly DVDs. Board games, puzzles, and cards round out the indoor fun.

For outdoor fun, there is a large main-level deck overlooking the canal perfect for sunning by day or relaxing by evening. Canal-side there is a spacious, covered ground-level entertainment area complete with a grill, dining space and an outdoor shower. Jump in the canal to cool off and use one if the many provided floata for a lazy afternoon. Bring your fishing rods because the canal is a super place to drop a line while you relax! You are welcome to bring your boat and tie up at our dock. 2 Kayaks are provided for your use along with life jackets so you can explore the canal and watch the sunset from the bird sanctuary on the west end of the canal.

Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

Main level

-2 bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. 

We also have a sleeper sofa available in the living room.

-Hallway bath with tub/shower, toilet and single sink

-Washer and dryer provided

Upper level

-1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds-great for one family or kids room. sleeps 4

-Private bath with separate tub and shower, toilet, and double sinks

Paved parking for 4 cars is provided. Please do NOT park on the grass.

We are dog friendly with a small fenced yard for your fur babies. The dog must be at least one year old and on monthly flea/tick medication. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding..We do charge an additional $125 pet fee. The guest is responsible for the cleanup of dog hair and feces. Any evidence of a dog left behind for cleaners may result in an additional cleaning fee.

The Jamaica Beach Marina is a private marina. You will need to contact them to arrange for a marina pass if you plan to use their marina to launch a boat.

GUESTS WHO BOOK MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out  11AM.

HOUSE RULES:

The person booking our home must be at least 25 years old and staying at the house. 

You will be required to place a refundable security deposit of $400.

No Smoking.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will receivel 50% refund minus $75 processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
